Taj believes in long term relationship with all customers and honours their requirements with
high priority. We ensure on-time delivery while achieving the required quality level. We
believe our customers are the heart of our business and we always treat them with our best.
Commitment to Environment :
We are very conscious about our environmental footprint. To meet the requirement of
environmental conservation, an effluent treatment plant (ETP) is under construction. The
projected completion timeframe is mid-2012. In selecting our dyes and chemicals, we pay
special attention to greener products – resulting in lower BOD and COD levels.
Commitment to Society :
Taj Knitting strives to meet and exceeds various social compliance requirements. A nurse is
on-duty during regular production hours while an MBBS doctor is on-call for medical
emergencies. Minimum age of employment and timely payment of all wages is strictly
maintained under strong supervision of senior management.
Motivational Activities :
As a motivational and team-building activity, an annual picnic is arranged for all staff and
workers. Various religious occasions are also celebrated in festive manner.
