Taj believes quality is a never ending process. Therefore we are implementing DHU (Defect per hundred units) which ensures root cause analysis. Now we are running at DHU level 10 & working to reduce it to 5. Apart from this, we are following TQM (Total Quality Management) to improve quality level with the co-ordination from all departments as well as our independent quality department. In year 2010, our internal first time inspection pass rating was 96.4%. Today some of our customers allow self inspection & we are working to achieve this confidence level from all of our customers to foster long term partnership with our customers.
